Guitar Tabs and Online Guitar Lessons are the Future..Guitar Players

Learning to play the guitar is not an overnight process. Literally, it can take years before you can say you are an accomplished player. However, it is possible to learn some simple songs in a hurry and satisfy your craving to be successful.

The truth is most of us all learn to be a guitarist from taking quality guitar lessons. I was looking for some information on what seemed to be the most realistic and use-able online guitar lessons. I found a video from JamPlay for free. I like lessons like this, the video takes a while to play so sit back and relax. We all know that we have to pay to get to the really good lessons, but I was really captured listening to the whole library of lessons on this video.

I’m going to buy one of the lessons that suits my interests and playing skills and check it out. I’m very impressed with what I watched. You might want to buy one too after checking these guitar teachers out. You may even want to call them music lessons if you want.

I am interested in what I would get for a few dollars and how much more thorough the pay for lessons are. I’ll let you know what I think of them soon after I road test it. At least they don’t promise that you will be shredding like Satriani in two weeks.

If you don’t have time or can’t find a good guitar teacher, you may want to try online guitar lessons. Let me know what you think if you take the time to listen. Click text link in the first sentence of the next paragraph to see and learn more about curing the pain of not learning to play right now.

Online guitar lessons and guitar tabs or guitar tab is a great recipe for success. Being able to get one comprehensive lessons one at a time or taking a series of lessons is no problem because you select the courses that interest you. A nice bonus on JamPlay for instance is that if you buy one of their affordable lessons you then have access to real live guitar instructors if you have a question. Which means you can go over a difficult section several times since you have the tabs and DVD of the lesson.

Check it out, you might just like it. Enjoy.

Affordable Guitar Repairs for the best guitar players

This is a true story. I had so much trouble finding people to set up my guitars and do guitar repairs for me I had to sell my transmission shop of 25 years and learn how to fix guitars. Then I opened up a guitar repair shop.

Even a brand new guitar needs to be set up. Every guitar player should enjoy how nice their instrument plays after it is set up properly. Every guitar I own gets setup right after I give it a test play.

Guitar repairs are truly for people who believe in, and are looking for ‘old world craftsmanship’. A musical instrument, like a guitar is very sensitive, and every one of them have a personality of their own. This may not be noticeable to a young guitar player, but a veteran guitarist can easily hear and feel the difference in ‘personality’s of instruments.

Some personal traits a guitar player may be looking for are a particular tone. Tone can be adjusted many ways, it’s up to your imagination. The type of (tone) wood makes a tremendous difference in how a guitar sounds. That’s why some special artists like Eric Clapton have Custom Shop Guitars built by Fender Guitar Company. Those guitars are hand built by the same people that build Eric Clapton’s guitar. Using the exact  same electrical parts, accessories and set up he uses.

We also fix structural damage to any part of he guitar, from the guitar neck to the body. With the proper tools and a lifetime being a craftsman, this type of work comes naturally to me and I enjoy it. One of my specialties is fixing longitudinally cracked glue-on guitar necks. I honed this shill to an unparalleled degree. Which allows me to make repairs to necks other guitar repair shops or luthiers won’t even get close to.

Feel free to ask me any questions you may have about guitar repairs anytime. Just leave a message in the comment box of the site you will go to when you click the above text link. Free advise and estimates.

Guitar Wiring Diagrams, Stock and Custom

We’ve put together lists of all the parts and wiring diagrams you need to change the wiring or simply renew old wiring into convenient to use packs. Each kit includes it’s own wiring diagram and parts list to tell you just how to do it.Child wires guitar!

Special Notes:

Rewiring an old guitar using the stock wiring diagram can be very frustrating.  Wiring diagrams, whether stock or for a custom upgrade are mostly hard to find, and in many cases hard to comprehend, thus making them unlikely to work well.

Every diagram and part we list is fully tested many times to insure you get the vibe you want. Not only that, every component is designed to give outstanding life and the best tone that you have ever experienced.

The guitar wiring kit shown here is a 5-way lever action switch for all 3 pickup Fender Stratocaster’s, and other 3 pickup guitars. The kit has very detailed directions that are very well explained so most people will understand them with no problems.

Realistically speaking, so many people have their own personal wiring setups and parts they may interchange that GuitarPlayersCenter only feels comfy dealing in proven setups. In fact one of my personal fav’s is a  setup that includes an EMG-SPC control knob being installed in a Stratocaster. What a great switch,  at least in my opinion. I get the best service and prices from Guitar Center or Musicians Friend.

Don’t make a mistake, if you are not inclined to doing these upgrades, then take it to a competent luthier/guitar maker.

Remember to use a solder gun with a replaceable tip , top line solder and flux and don’t get the switches too hot.

Go to Guitar Players Center for all of your guitar needs from upgrades, lessons, reviewing certain models to purchasing them with the best prices and service in the industry.

Good luck and Enjoy.
